El Pollo
Chicken was founded in 1996
by Manny Espinola. Prior to starting the El Pollo Chicken Company,
Manny was a senior airline executive. Part of Manny's responsibilities
with the airline was food vender selection. Manny spent years working
along with the catering companies' chefs and this started his interest
in the food industry.
After
Manny retired from the airlines, he felt the time was right for
him to open his own fast food chain and that's when he founded El
Pollo Chicken Company. El Pollo Chicken Company focuses on catering
primarily but not exclusively. El Pollo caters events ranging from
office lunches to as many as 400 people.
El Pollo
Chicken is famous for its unique flavor. One of the key factors
to El Pollo's famous recipe is the marination process. The chicken
is marinated a day in advance, giving it a juicy, non-greasy flavor.
The rotisserie chicken is coated with seven different spices before
cooking, also giving it a unique delicious flavor."
Now,
El Pollo Chicken is proud to add to its menu, fried fish dinners
as well as pita bread pizza.
